This year as part of International Womens Day, and The Bump Plans '#PregnantANDPowerful' campaign, founder Hollie Grant will be leading a 1 hour prenatal Pilates class attempting to break a Guinness World Record. By watching this class you will be helping her in her goals, and supporting pregnant women around the world.

Pregnant women are often portrayed as weak, or fragile, and this is simply not the case. Pregnant women are strong, powerful and capable. Let's challenge this stereotype, and all come together to show how strong we all are.

You must only do this class if you are a low-risk pregnancy with no contraindications to exercise. Please stop exercising if you feel unwell at all, and stay hydrated throughout the class. Ensure you do not get too hot.
