The GT-Scorcher in this game is better than it was before. Back then, it had a really good stat pool, but had a terrible boost. But in this game, it's got a Level 3 Boost and still has very good handling itself with middling speed, making it better. While the speed alone isn't the best part, it is actually lighter, making it slightly faster.
