Best recipe for Pão-de-ló - Portuguese sponge cake

Hello everyone,

here I am with another Portuguese recipe. What can I do? I am Portuguese and we do have such a rich and delicious variety of cakes and sweets, like no one else. Yes, I am sure, like no one else! 💪

This cake is very very fluffy but still stable enough to hold frosting and even sugar paste. Try it and you will see! You can thank me later! 😉

And you will only need 3 ingredients:
