Ingredients Quantity
Water 1 cup
Cinnamon stick 1 inch
Green cardamom 2 no
Mint leaves sprig 2 no
Pea flower 7-8 no
Lemon wedges 2 no
Honey ¼ cup

Method:-

1. Place a sauce pan in medium flame and boil water.
2. Add cinnamon stick, green cardamom and mint leaves sprig boil for a minute.
3. Now add pea flower and Let steep for 5–7 minutes. The water will turn a vibrant blue.
4. Strain out the tea in a cup and enjoy with honey & lemon wedges.
5. Add a few drops of lemon juice. It turns the tea purple due to pH change.
6. Drink hot, or pour over ice for a chilled version.
