Last week I visited Standard BJJ in Maryland to train under Coach Greg Souders, most popularly known for coaching the Corbe Bros and CLA (aka the Ecological Approach)

I really did NOT like Greg before our communications with each other. Eventually, after talking to Greg, I realized he's a super down-to-earth and cool dude.

So, I decided to see WHAT CLA looked like in practice. So, instead of trolling online, I bought a plane ticket and flew out to Standard BJJ to train for 4 days.

After my little training camp, my preconceived thoughts were wrong. I had no idea what Greg was doing.

Hopefully, this interview will help you understand Greg better. It helped me, and so did the training. I’ll drop some games that we recorded soon, too!
