This was one of the more exciting items in a lot of ho scale locomotives I purchased in a lot a few months ago. It's a Union Pacific diesel switcher made by Revell in 1956. The drive on this model has a motor similar to an Athearn of the same era however uses a band driven design to put power to the wheels. I haven't worked on something like this before so it was exciting to examine a bit different.
