Although we started a few minutes late due to a problem with the cable connecting to the projector, Rick presented an overview of why things seem so unstable these days. Rick talked about the radical changes that humanity is moving through from the perspective of several different time scales from the current month to the current year to the years since 2020, to the years since the 1960s, and all the way back to the discovery of the trans-Saturnian planets since the late 18th century.
