This pistol was the second firearm (first pistol) I had purchased and it’s one I’ll never get rid of: Para Ordnance (Para USA) 14-45…a double stack 1911! I’m not sure who did the coatings and customizing but this pistol was offered to several deployed units between 2005 and 2009.

Adjustable trigger, ambi-safety, adjustable tritium night sights, and four magazines is how I purchased it in 2008.

Every once in a i while I break it out to throw some lead and I need to make some sight adjustments for sure. EVERYONE SHOULD OWN A 1911!
