1 TBSP Poultry seasoning
1/4 Cup Sugar
2 TBSP Onion powder
4 Bay leaves
2 TBSP Allspice berries
2 TBSP Red pepper flakes
3 Oranges

Jerk sauce
1 Stalk Green onion
1 Onion
1-2 Habanero peppers with seeds
1 Garlic clove
Fresh Thyme
3 TBSP Brown sugar
Juice of 1 Lime and 1 Lemon
1 TBSP Allspice
1TBSP Cinnamon
1 TBSP Nutmeg
1 TBSP Ginger Paste
2 TBSP Soy sauce
2 TBSP Rice vinegar or white vinegar
1/2 Cup Orange juice
1 TBSP Olive oil
2 TBSP Honey

Orange Cranberry sauce
2 package cranberry
2 cups orange juice
3 cups sugar
1 cup Grand Marnier (second cup later for that extra kick)
