7UP Recipe for Lemon Lime Soda - Made With All Natural Ingredients

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup lemon and lime zest (peel)
1 oz. lemon extract

Preparation:

1. Remove the peel off one lemon and one lime, mince (lemon zest).
2. Squeeze juice from lemons and limes to make 2 cups
3. Combine juice sugar and zest into a sauce pan
4. Dissolve sugars on medium heat for 10 minutes
5. Bring to room temperature and transfer to another container
6. Add lemon extract, refrigerate
7. Make one liter of carbonated water (I used a Sodastream Source)
8. Add about 6 oz. of syrup or to taste
9. Slightly mix and pour into a glass full of ice.
