We always try to travel responsibly and when it comes to animal tourism we tend to be skeptical. But after researching ethical ways to swim with dolphins, we found Dolphin Encounter in Kaikoura, New Zealand. They are committed to the conservation of these animals and sometimes even bring scientists on board to observe the dolphin pods. The dusky dolphin is known to be playful and we had fun getting in the FREEZING cold water and watching them swim around us.
