This International Amber Lager is a delicious beer any time of year!
The recipe:
70% 6-row malt
10% Amber malt
5% Caramunich III malt
15% Flaked Corn (add directly to mash)

Mash at 64.4C/148F for 45 minutes
Step up to 67.7C/154F for 45 minutes
Mash out at 75C/168F
60 minute boil
22g Pacific Gem hops (12.0% AA) First Wort Hop
14g Tettnaner hops (5.3% AA) at 15 minutes remaining
21g Pacific Gem hops at flameout
21g Tettnanger hops at flameout

Aerate wort and pitch lager yeast. Ferment at 53F, ramping to 65F by end of fermentation, ensuring max attenuation.
