24-Day Solo Canoe Trip / THE LAND THAT GIVES LIFE (The Headwaters) PART 1

First and foremost, I want to acknowledge that these are Indian lands as I am traveling through treaty 3 and treaty 5. I respect their elders past and present.

Follow me along on my 24 day adventure down the Bloodvein River all the way out to Lake Winnipeg and then another 80 kilometers along the lake shore. In this video I start my trip on Lund Lake, just outside Woodland Caribou Provincial Park. I work my way up to the headwaters of the river through a few long portages. It feels great to be back in the boreal. This one is only just the beginning!
