Elden Ring DLC - Putrescent Knight, No Hit, No Blessings

Found a simple pattern, for anyone who's been struggling with him. Seems like he's weak to holy, you can use the Sacred Blade, Horn Calling, or anything with range. At close range, his horse can damage you just by yelling - so I decided to stay in mid range. I only dodge forward when I know for sure what he'll do. For everything else, I dodge away - he doesn't have any fast attacks so staying in front at mid range isn't that dangerous. I was kinda distracted in the first few seconds, I could've fired off a shot as soon as he kicks his favorite rock that he always kicks.

0:28 - An easy pattern to punish, as long as I stay in front after the first dodge. Dodging in too far makes him stop and switch to a different attack.

0:33 - I was just messing around, not sure how safe this is. Lock off and face where he'll end up in, then lock on and pray for the tracking lol

0:35 - At mid-long range, he jumps at you, blade forward. Dodging to the side has gotten me clipped several times, so I dodge into him instead. Time the horse and dodge again, walk towards where the horse spawns, then dodge the combo again. Big punishment window at the end.

1:16 - Another good attack to punish. Time the dodge, add another dodge, walk backward, and as soon as he does the running attack, I fire a charged shot. He may end up NOT stopping (maybe if you attack early?), but that's ok.

1:33 - Don't let his majestic pose distract you. It's the black goo that you actually need to pay attention to. Just watch how I jump over the flames, and you can do the same. If you're not comfortable, jump however way you want, just try no to jump to the right.

2:11 - You can probably get a hit in before dodging the incoming flames, but I'd rather just keep an eye on the flames. As soon as I see flames ignite behind him, I jump.

That last hit I did, I'm not sure if it's safe to do it mid-fight.

Nothing too complicated. At first I was worried because he and his horse separated an attacked on their own, but it's just part of a move, which is telegraphed and easy to dodge.
