Hanging out with my Naga Friend in Seoul Korea ​⁠

During my 30-hour layover in Seoul, Korea, I had the delightful opportunity to reconnect with a Naga friend. We decided to explore the vibrant district of Hongdae, known for its youthful energy and artistic flair. Our adventure began with indulging in delicious Korean cuisine, savoring dishes like beef bulgoggi and seafood with beef innard stew at a local eatery recommended by my friend.

After our satisfying meal, we strolled through the bustling streets of Hongdae, discovering unique boutiques and trendy cafes. One highlight was visiting Olive Young, where we couldn't resist stocking up on popular Korean skincare products, fascinated by their reputed quality and innovative packaging.

To unwind, we ventured into a cozy bar and tried the famous Korean concoction, somaek, a mix of soju and beer, which pleasantly surprised us with its smooth taste. As the night progressed, amidst laughter and shared memories, our brief layover became a cherished experience blending Korean hospitality with the warmth of friendship and exploration.
