Ariens Compact 24 brand new idle surging

Hello, This is my brand new 2015 Ariens Compact 24 running with choke off. I purchased this at Home Depot online with free delivery through a local dealer who assembled. Today I spoke to both places and neither of them think this is a problem and I was told that the machine will run better under load in cold weather. I wrote to Ariens and uploaded a video to them to ask them if this was normal for the machine to idle this rough. I can not see this machine being able to power through the heavy wet snow nor do I see that this is a healthy idle. I had an old Sears snowblower years ago with a throttle and adjustable carb that ran much smoother at idle and when throttled up. Is this just a carburetion problem right out of the box? Has anybody else seen this where it runs fine when in use? I just don't want to wait and find out I was lied to twice on the first snow storm when this thing can not do what it should do.
