Remove fuel filler neck, clean EVAP Dodge Charger shown

Do you have a vehicle that when you try to fill it up with gas, the pump keeps shutting off? It's probably a clog in the EVAP system - in my case some bugs got in it and built a nest so it was easy to clean out. I show you how to remove the plastic trim in the wheel well, remove the fuel filler neck, and reinstall everything. This video is to get you ready for the rear suspension replacement as this is the first step so you can access the shocks and springs as well as the other rear suspension components.
