Legends of the Hidden Temple: Main Theme

This is the Main Theme from Legends of the Hidden Temple.

This is one of the best-known game shows on Nickelodeon that originally ran from 1993 to 1995.

This game show was hosted by Kirk Fogg and announced by Dee Bradley Baker (who also did the voice of Olmec, a giant talking stone Olmec head).

My favorite team is the Green Monkeys, and I first grew up watching the show on weekends in reruns on Nickelodeon in 1997 after Global Guts during that same hour block.

After the show officially went off the air on Nick in 1999, it was brought to the sister network, known as the Nickelodeon Games and Sports network (Nick GAS). Reruns of LOTHT would continue to air until the discontinuation of Nick GAS on December 31st, 2007 (the network had discontinued later in 2008 from Dish Networks due to technical issues).

After absence of the show for a few more years, Legends briefly returned on the TeenNick network; the show occasionally aired as part of the now-defunct The 90s Are All That block.

Now, with TeenNick's new block, originally known as The Splat and now changed to NickSplat, Legends of the Hidden Temple will be one of the classic 90s Nickelodeon shows to officially return, as the block will air every night from 10PM to 6AM.
