Описание к видео Shito, Ghana’s Favourite Condiment. Very Diaspora Friendly Recipe 🌶

Hello Indulgers. Shito is the word for pepper in Ga, a Ghanaian language from Accra, the Ghanaian capital. This spicy condiment is made from dried fish, dried shrimp, onions, ginger, garlic , chilli peppers ,oil and spices. It often accompanies soo many dishes like kenkey, waakey and jallof rice, banku fried yam etc. Shito is to Ghana like Hot chilli oil is to China we hold it near and dear. I hope you bring this spicy condiment into your homes.
