½ cup Mirin
¼ cup Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
Sesame seeds
¼ cup Chopped Scallions
1 tbsp Cornstarch
2 tbsp Cold Water
