Pennahobilam is a holy place located 36kms away from Anantapur towards Bellary , the history of this place is Lord Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy landed his right foot over the hill in this place and landed his second foot in the Ahobilam which is located in Kurnool district, Narasimha Swamy haunted a Devil which is in Pig form and killed him in this place.
