351 Windsor timing chain and Water Pump repair! (76 Econoline)

Let's change the timing chain and water pump on my 351 Windsor in my 76 Econoline panel van!
My van has over 90k miles and still has the factory timing chain and water pump. It hasn't been plated since 2003 and if I'm going to start driving it the water pump is guaranteed to fail and the timing chain is doing it no favors. I've decided it's time to tackle them both. If you've never changed a timing chain or water pump before you can follow along and I'll walk you through it.
