Our SMART PATH mode provides 4 predetermined paths that steadily increase temperature over a 5 minute time period.

SMART PATH 1 - 350-360 °F and 176-188 °C
SMART PATH 2 - 370-390 °F and 188-199 °C
SMART PATH 3 - 390-410 °F and 199-210 °C
SMART PATH 4 - 410-430 °F and 210-221 °C

You can then see which SMART PATH you want to use that gives the experience you need.
