This video continues from the last one (MATH 1_7_1) where we looked at the system of Base 10, and the place and face values of any digit in a number in that system.

In this video, we are considering the system of Base 2 in some detail. We also have to say what the place and face values are of any digit in this Base 2 system (according to the requirements of Objective 7 in Section 1.

In the next video (MATH 1_7_3) we will continue with this objective as we consider Base 4 and Base 8 , the only other two bases required by this objective.
