British Rowing Trials 2024 April Beach Sprints

Hello Youtubers! In this episode I attend the British Rowing Beach Sprint Trials for 2024. The racing includes up to 3 time trials where you run, slalom around bouys and send it back to the beach. Depending on how you do in these time trials then decides whether or not you go onto the next stage which would be on the water testing in doubles. I had a great time down in Bournemouth for my second beach sprints regatta. I am stepping on every time I get on the water and it is a lot of fun doing something a little different but still with some familiar parts. I hope you enjoy the adventure!
