This was at the Vince Neil and Steven Adler concert in Choctaw Casinos. The concert was called "Vince Neil and Steven Adler concert" but Vince Neil is NOT in this particular video...to be clear. Steven Adler's band, "Adler's Appetite", with Ari Kamin on vocals, performing "Sweet Child of Mine" at the Choctaw Grand Theater in Durant Oklahoma on March 25, 2022.
