i don't know the original source of this strat.
note:
- you can sub ice punch with waterfall, it makes no difference tbh. this particular poliwrath build is for e4 rerun
- the chandelure is also a modified e4 rerun chandelure. spdef instead of speed because on the second turn, sometimes ho-oh targets chandelure with earth power. +1 spdef with no spdef ev can't tank this attack
- safeguard before dealing the last blow on phase 1 to prevent burn in the 2nd phase
- roost with togekiss in the last turn of phase 1 so it will heal itself instantly after tanking sacred fire in the beginning of phase 2
