About the Guest Speaker:

Ms. Parinaz Madan is an alumna of Government Law College, Mumbai and qualified as a Solicitor from Bombay Incorporated Law Society in 2014. She is currently a legal consultant to the Mahindra Group and has worked on various corporate and commercial matters.

She has been a member of iProbono since 2016, and has counselled numerous NGOs and social businesses on a host of education, child rights and medical laws in India. In particular, she has drafted child protection policies for various organisations and recommended best practices for dealing with their child abuse cases. Her articles have featured in BBC News, the Business Standard and India Development Review, among other publications.
