Easy DROP: Gazelle Drop to Hocks (Aerial Hoop Lyra Tutorial)

This is a great aerial hoop trick if you want a small easy aerial hoop drop that is not scary. It's good for aerial hoop beginners looking for a challenge and intermediate aerialists who are still getting used to lyra drops, and it's a great one for more confident intermediate aerialists and advanced aerialists as well. We start with a Gazelle (a great aerial hoop basic) and do a gentle lyra drop down to a double knee hang / hocks. This is a great aerial hoop trick to practice drops. :)
