For those that wanted some easier problems, here is one of those. I'll start posting more of these because they can teach you some basic building concepts that you can then apply on the harder problems.


This one is from the Germany Federal Math Competition (Bundeswettbewerb Mathematik ) Round 1. From what I got there are usually 3 rounds to this competition and the first one is the introductory round. It's a nice problem to play around with and solve.
