How To Remove Shimano FFS Friction Freewheel And Hub Overhaul

I show how to remove an FFS freewheel on a Shimano Front Freewheel System (FFS) drivetrain. And also do a hub overhaul.
The tool used for the freewheel removal is a Shimano TL-FW20 (aka BOSS) freewheel remover tool. You can find them on ebay. Bicycle Research makes an equivalent tool called a CT-4.
