What started out as an idea to bring more fine dining to Central Texas is now a reality, as The Butcher’s Cellar restaurant opened in the Woodway-Waco area.

Executive Chef Alejandro Najar and his partner, Chef de Cuisine Alyssa Osinga, have gone from competing on Fox’s Hell’s Kitchen reality show to prepping final touches for their opening night.
