Hello everyone! Part 2 of my puppet head tutorial is finally here. After some trial and error, I was able to finish the puppet head, and just in time for me to demonstrate it off to some people at a Renaissance faire.

Parts List:

Styrofoam Male Form Head: Hobby Lobby (or other craft stores)
Acrylic paints: Hobby Lobby (or other craft stores)
Avengers Deluxe Thor Cosplay Wig: Amazon
Apoxy Sculpt 1lb Natural 2 part modeling compound: Amazon
Scrap wood

These parts can be found at Lowes or other hardware stores:
1/2" PVC pipe
1/2" PVC Sch40 adapter
1/2" PVC Tee with slip fittings
Brass door hinge
4" x 0.07" zinc brace
Assortment of springs
1/8" galvanized cable (Usually charged by the foot)
3/8" x 10ft clear vinyl tubing
Misc nuts and bolts. (Used for the trigger mechanism and to fasten the brace to the hinge if you do not have a welder.)

The eyes I 3d printed; however you can use any round object that is between 20 to 25mm in diameter. My eyes were 20 mm.
