Ingredients:
Tortilla 1 pc
Eggs 3
Ham 1 pc
Cheese 1 pc
Bacon 2 pc
Lettuce 1 pc
Tomato 4 slices
Shredded cheese 1 oz
Salt 1/4 tsp
Garlic Powder 1/4 tsp
Onion Powder 1/4 tsp
Green Onion 2 pc

材料：
墨西哥玉米饼皮 1张
鸡蛋 3颗
午餐肉 1片
起司片 1片
培根 2片
生菜 1片
番茄 4片
碎起司 1 oz
盐 1/4小匙
蒜粉 1/4小匙
洋葱粉 1/4小匙
葱 2条

Instructions:
1. Cut Lettuce, Ham & Cheese into the strips.
2. Cut Tomato into slices.
3. Chopped Green onion.
4. Mix egg, add salt, garlic powder, onion powder & green onion.
5. Pan-fry the bacon until crispy, then set aside.
6. Put 1 tablespoon of butter, preheat the pan to low heat.
7. Pour the egg evenly into the pan & add tortilla.
8. Once the egg tortilla begins to solidify & able to move in the pan, flip it over.
9. Put all ingredients one by one in the centerline.
10. Fold two sides of the tortilla together, then flip it over.
11. Continue to pan-fry both sides until golden brown.
