Why Bhārata Uvāca?
As India marches onward in Amrit Kaal, from Her 75 years – towards a century of Independent India in 2047, it is time to encapsulate the centuries old wisdom and knowledge that the civilisation Bharat has bequeathed to us. Many are the incomparable legacies that our unbroken civilisational ethos has blessed us with – of extraordinary learning, timeless wisdom and eternal knowledge, that has continued to exist and grow unbroken over millennia – an incomparable heritage and legacy. As India heads toward being a self-sufficient and confident century old, young nation, ready to lead the world, it is time to bring centre stage - Bharat – that which makes India unique.

And hence BHARATA UVACHA – A Civilisation speaks

To present the many strands of Bharat’s contribution to the world – literature, arts, culture, polity, science, medicine etc., through the voices of eminent people working in the respective fields
To enable and empower a young nation - India, to find and hold onto one’s civilisational roots, to take pride and ownership of our rich and enduring Culture and Heritage, so that from that bedrock of insights and understanding, India shines forth as the Vishwaguru, leading the world together in an eternal concept of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam.
