Ground pork ( I grounded up some pork shoulder and pork belly )

Minced shallots
Minced garlic

Baby eggplant (optional)
Dried red pepper paste ( chile guajillo ) * soak in luke warm water for a few mins until soft then squeeze excess water from pepper then smash into a paste *
Palm sugar
Prahok (fermented fish paste)
kaffir lime leaf (Finely chopped)
Thai peppers
Chicken powder
MSG
