100 kettlebell swings a day for 30 days before and after photos and videos - in this video I show you exactly what I looked like - which is embarrassing, but it is what it is. I'm a 58 year old woman who put on 40-50 lbs over the past 7-8 years and have struggled to lose it.

My methodology was to record the first 25-50 swings and then finish up the rest of what was left off camera so that my videos were not the entire set of 100 per day.

I'm also posting this before the rest of my videos come out - because - why not? It's not like I have a huge following and am throwing everyone off the schedule.

I photographed myself at the start of the challenge and again at the end, and the before and after footage is all here. No fluff just real clips of this kettlebell swing challenge, the changes in my body, and how I showed up every day for myself. It’s proof that a simple, consistent daily kettlebell workout can build strength, improve energy, and shift your mindset.

I plugged into James Clear's Atomic Habits during the journey which you will see in some of my later videos that I will publish after this one. I have no patience and just wanted to get this done.

You’ll see what 30 days of kettlebell swings for fat loss actually looks like especially if you're over 50 and trying to get in shape again. This challenge was part of my fitness journey over 50, and I focused on form, consistency, and staying committed. The kettlebell swing transformation is subtle but powerful.
