Scenario:
You have been assigned a Help Desk ticket regarding a user in the engineering department who complained their wireless keyboard was sometimes unresponsive and that from time to time her computer was "slow" because of the antivirus. The help desk supervisor has identified some troubleshooting steps to complete on the engineer's computer and has asked if you can determine a way to identify if the antivirus is ever disabled, as this represents a security risk and will need to be addressed separately.
