With 40 years of legacy under his belt, Mr Tan Ah Qiang has cultivated a loyal following who have journeyed with him to Sims Vista from Circular Road (Boat Quay). To them, his Teochew-style Lor Ark is the best in town 👍! Glistening in rich, luscious sauce, it is nearly impossible not to salivate at the sight of the culinary spectacle.
