Ed vs Guile -- Offline CPU Battle(s)! [09-02-2024]

No online battling due to those features being disabled. . .

There once was a time when I was a teenager with a functioning Sega Genesis. During this time, I had purchased a copy of Super Street Fighter 2. Unlike today's times, it was almost impossible for me to play it "online" so I had to often fight the CPU on maximum difficulty for fun.

I would battle Guile on his stage, daring to go toe-to-toe with him.

History seems to repeat or rhyme in poetic fashion now. . . here I am doing what I did in the past, only with more advanced hardware: battling Guile as a CPU controlled opponent yet again. . .

Some things truly do not change, though certain aspects of their existence remain lingering in time in the form of evolution.
