If you're new to the Baldur's Gate 3 toolkit and want to import your old (or new!) head mod, this is the video for you. It goes step-by-step through how to use the toolkit to create a basic head mod.

One step I forgot to mention: if you've got stuff blocking the view of your character after hitting play, go to view and untick gizmos

Also, when I refer to your Mods folder, it's not the one in the Data folder but another one that's in AppData located in
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods
