Sustainable Event Planning Skillshare with Ullapool Unpacked

In August 2024, the Hub was joined by Evie Baker from Ullapool Unpacked for a skillshare session, based around sustainable event planning. Ullapool Unpacked is a food refill shop, with an ethos around shopping sustainably and reducing waste. Evie shared her tips with the Hub for hosting an event in a sustainable way, talking about considerations around facilities, equipment, promotions & travel.

Hosted just in time for the Highlands & Islands Climate Festival, the event was an informative session for members to get insights just before hosting their own events as part of the Festival.
