Devghali beach is located in Kasheli village of Ratnagiri, this beach is very different from all the other beaches we visited during our Ratnagiri trip. Kasheli Beach is exotic, pristine and gorgeous.
It's very difficult to put it's beauty in words. This place has complete Bali vibes to it and I think the best place to see sunset.
