Guide:
1. World boss starts every two hours at 00:45 UTC (same as Fire Elemental), east of the Hammerhart Battery POI.
2. Bring Crowd Control (Turtle, EMP, etc.) to break the first dome.
3. You’ll have a positive (+) or negative (-) charge. You must enter the teleporter matching your charge to fight either Jessica (+) or Jimmy (-).
4. Jessica: Watch out for her spinning swords.
5. At 75%: CC the dome.
6. Your charge will now change, exit using the teleporter and switch to the other boss.
7. Jimmy: Watch out for shock waves (jumpable) and cannons.
8. At 50%: CC the dome.
9. Another charge flip, exit using the teleporter and switch to the other boss.
10. At 25%: The boss will exit back to center, follow and CC the final dome.
11. Burn down both twins.
