Bruce Lehrmann's litigaiton has backfired, losing his defamation case against Network 10 and Lisa Wilkinson. Justice Michael Lee ruled that Bruce Lehrmann most likely assaulted Brittany Higgins and was not credible. The only 'winners' appear to be parliamentarians who were accused of engaging in a 'cover up'.
