No flivver, no motor and also no noise which impairs residents or nature along the way.
Instead we drive only by muscle power from `Velbert-Nierenhof´ railway station along the beautiful `Deilbachweg´ to `Essen-Kupferdreh´ to the north-eastern bank of Lake Baldeney.
Here in the first part of the tour we continue along the southern quayside (`Hardenbergufer´) of Lake Baldeney and go on a side trip through the park of Brehm Island at the south-eastern end of Lake Baldeney.
This romantic tour is not only a recommendation for velonauts or trike drivers but also for upright cyclist and recumbent cyclists who want to transport their bike by train or car to Velbert-Nierenhof Station and follow the 30km bicycle round trip shown in the video.
Those following the video do not need any map or satnav to find their way because it shows and explains all junctions and the places of interest of the entire route almost uncut accompanied by atmospheric classical music which leaves us lost in reverie.
