Manfrotto 396B - The Three Section Double Articulated Arm

I take a close look at the Manfrotto 396B, which is a three section double articulated arm which can hold up to 4,5Kg (9,9lb).

I am using it to hold my Sony a6500 camera, however it can be used to hold almost any photography and film making equipment.
