DIY: How to Make A PRINCESS CARRIAGE using DOLLAR TREE Items!!!

Hiii!!!
Are you planning a party soon or does a life of fairytale princesses and princes have a chokehold on your child??? then this is the DIY for you. I created this beautiful PRINCESS CARRIAGE using items from the DOLLAR TREE and it's simple to recreate...let me show you how in this super detailed tutorial.
Tips:
1. I used the green tape because the hot glue peels off of the wire base.
2. Arrange your pool noodles how you want and then glue them together after.

Materials used:
9 pool noodles
2 Garden fences
flowers and greenery (however many you want)
2 hula hoops
bowl (window)
2 fairy lights
spray paint (Hobby Lobby)
4 bike wheels
1 pack of wooden dowels
1 foam board
light up letter
zipties
