Vancouver Real Estate Market Update - November 2024

After months of sluggish sales activity, Vancouver's real estate market made a sharp rebound in October with sales increasing over 40% relative to September.

There were 2,632 home sales registered on the MLS in October, which was an increase of 42% relative to September and an increase of 32% relative to October last year.

The combination of increasing sales and fewer new listings coming on the market pushed our sales-to-active listing ratio up to 18.8%, up from 12.8% in September. This is the highest this ratio has been since May.
