Shabdam – The Sound is an atmospheric horror short film driven by sound, silence, and psychological fear. This supernatural story explores what happens when disbelief turns deadly. This supernatural horror story follows a man who chooses to stay inside a house despite sensing an unseen presence. What begins as rational denial slowly turns into terror as strange sounds grow closer, darker, and more intentional.

As a director, I wanted to create an atmospheric horror film where sound becomes the antagonist. Every whisper, pause, and echo is meant to pull you into the character’s mind, making you question whether the danger is external or born from within. This is a slow-burn horror short that rewards attention and active participation.
